Chicken Florentine Bowtie Pasta

This counter shot is a typical look at a 'cooking night' at the Lee residence.

1. Wine bottle, mostly empty.

 3. Le Creuset. Any chance to use it, I do.


4. Hungry pup looking for scraps.
(Last night she ate an onion piece and made the funniest face).


I made Chicken Florentine Bowtie Pasta last night and it was really yummy. Next time I will add mushrooms and maybe half a can of cream of mushroom soup to bump up the creaminess.

Happy long weekend. Hubs and I have gardening, shopping and Easter Brunch plans.
